Metrology Laboratory
Our Quality Service checks all the products in a large air-conditioned metrology room containing the equipment needed to check some physical features of machined products (hardness in HRC, HRB and HV, and vacuum), as well as size, shape, position and surface roughness following machining.
Continuous monitoring

Quality check

A set of tools and gauges are also available at the production department for qualified staff to constantly monitor compliance of the manufacturing process. If special controls are requested, the company can design and create proper equipment and gauges.
Based upon customer demand and according to sampling plans to be defined with suitable agreements, our company can issue a product check certification to enclose to the documents stating that the materials used and the heat treatments done comply with the rules and requirements.
